I offer one free 15-minute introductory phone call or Zoom session, so we can get to know each other and find out if we are a good fit. It is important to me that you feel comfortable as we work together.

If we choose to proceed, each session is 50 minutes long (with 10 minutes note-taking after our session).

At the moment, I offer online counselling through Microsoft TEAMS. 

Depending on demand, sessions may include face-to-face over time. Please discuss with me if you would prefer face-to-face sessions.

I charge $130.00 per session. However, I understand the cost of living pressures especially at the moment, so I offer sliding scale benefits (income-based discounts) on an individual basis and I also offer half-hour sessions for half of my hourly rate. Please have a chat with me about this. 

I am not able to offer Medicare Rebates through Mental Health Treatment Plans (MHTP). My fees are often equal to or less than the gap fee you would generally pay for psychological therapy after a Medicare rebate.  

I am now eligible to provide counselling services through the following Private Health Schemes listed below. You will need to provide your invoice from me to your health fund to claim from them. I am required to provide you with a copy of my ACA membership card for claiming purposes which is included on my invoices. 

Payment will be required via Direct Debit - the bank receipt emailed or screenshot to me before to our Telehealth session.
