These terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions) determine the relationship between you, a user of my services or this website www.blueharbourcounselling.au (Blue Harbour Counselling Website) and Blue Harbour Counselling ABN: 43 660 469 725 (‘Blue Harbour Counselling, ‘me’, ‘I’).
These Terms and Conditions, my Privacy Policy and Disclaimer (together, referred to as Terms and Conditions) apply to you as a visitor to the Blue Harbour Counselling Website. Any information submitted to Blue Harbour Counselling will be collected by Blue Harbour Counselling in accordance with my Privacy Policy.
By using my services or the Blue Harbour Counselling Website you agree to my Terms and Conditions which are subject to change at any time. I recommend that you periodically review my Terms and Conditions for any changes.
Fees & Payment
A normal Counselling session lasts 50 minutes. My current session fees are published on my website. Session fees are payable before the time of consultation via electronic funds transfer. Other payment options may be arranged upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Late cancelled appointments impact your progress and I have allocated an hour of my time aside to see you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within this period, or fail to attend, the cancellation fees below will apply unless there are extenuating circumstances.
• 0-24 hours’ notice – full session fee payable
• 24-48 hours’ notice – 50% of session fee is payable.
This cancellation policy is subject to change at any time. I reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel sessions without notice. Under these circumstances, you can request a full refund or reschedule.
Emergency & Crisis Support
Blue Harbour Counselling is not an emergency or crisis response service and I will not generally be contactable outside my regular work hours. In the event of immediate a life threatening situation, please contact emergency services on 000.
